    Dear Colleagues,

    On behalf of the conference committees of the second International Fusion and Plasma Conference (iFPC 2023), it is my great pleasure to invite you to this conference.

    Following the successful inaugural iFPC 2022 in Jeju, Korea with 470 people attended, the iFPC 2023 will be held at the Busan Port International Exhibition & Convention Center (BPEX :    ), Busan, the beautiful maritime city and the second largest city in Korea, from August 21 to 25, 2023. This time, iFPC 2023 will be held as a joint conference with the 13th International Conference on Open Magnetic Systems for Plasma Confinement (OS 2023).

    The iFPC & OS 2023 will have top-notch distinguished plenary talks, invited talks, and contributed sessions. I sincerely hope that all the participants take this opportunity to have in-depth discussions on all aspects of fusion, plasma, and accelerators and laser plasma, and also to make lasting friendships and new colleagues with outstanding researchers.
